To preserve the architectural and aesthetic appearance of Heartland Crossing, as well as to protect and promote real estate value for all homeowners, all exterior improvements and/or changes (except for minor landscaping) to homes are subject to the restrictions set forth in Heartland Crossing covenants.

Therefore, any proposed exterior improvements/changes to your home, except for minor landscaping, must receive prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
